He is instructed by insurers throughout the UK on serious claims involving complex liability and quantum issues. These claims often involve brain and spinal injury, serious orthopaedic injuries and amputation.
He is a member of DWF's Chronic Pain Group with experience of claims involving chronic pain conditions such as Fibromyalgia and CRPS.
Outside of the office James can often be seen at the boxing having followed the sport for a number of years.
