Experience
As a member of DWF Warsaw's Data Protection team she actively engages in all types of projects, in particular at their final stage where specific expertise is required. She has worked for numerous clients from highly regulated sectors, such as banking or insurance, as well as for the retail industry, new technologies and online sector and life science companies.
Magdalena is skilled in drafting general and specialised legal documentation, e.g. agreements, memorandums, motions in proceedings, as well as analyses regarding legal solutions for complex business matters, such as data privacy and IP issues, electronic marketing, targeting, etc. She has a strong pro-business approach and independently manages client cases at all stages.
Magdalena's professional experience includes project such as GDPR-implementation projects, including the auditing/gap analysis phase, reporting phase, recommendations phase, as well as drafting and implementation phase.; performing a client secondment with a major global, US-based software and hardware producer, advising an energy company with regard to various data protection issues, including information clauses for clients, agreements with suppliers, design of the process for receiving government subsidies (and many more).
Magdalena is also an expert in delivering trainings, conference presentations and seminars.
