Experience

Mosam Mor is a Senior Manager in the Legal Analytics practice area in DWF. With over 8 years of diversified experience in delivery, legal operations and compliance, she has honed skills in end-to-end project management which involves subject matter expertise including quality management, where she has consistently delivered results.

Based in Pune, Mosam is an experienced project manager overseeing a team of nearly 30 resources, ensuring talent acquisition, retention and overall team success. She has evolved in the taxation domain by analysing both direct and indirect tax laws of nearly 150 jurisdictions. Her expertise over the last 8 years have been in researching and drafting. At DWF, she heads the INDG project which requires good interpretation and summarisation skills tailored directly to client needs. She is engaged in end-to-end process management.

Additionally, Mosam thrives on collaboration and seamlessly integrates with the Business Analytics Team, Project Management Office (‘PMO’), HR Business Partners and other key stakeholders. Prior to DWF, Mosam worked as an Assistant Manager at PwC and BDO where she delivered advisory, compliance and litigation services for clients in the manufacturing and IT sectors, impacting business operations and enhancing efficiencies. From her experience, she has become an expert in Taxation, both direct and indirect.

Mosam holds a law degree from ILS Law College, Pune, India. She has also attained the CS professional qualification from the Institute of the Company Secretaries of India (‘ICSI’). Beyond her professional endeavours, she finds enjoyment in activities such as baking, exploring new cafes and dancing.
