Pratiksha is a Data Protection and Privacy professional with experience in privacy compliance, cyber incident response, eDiscovery, and legal operations. Currently serving as a Senior Associate at DWF, she was promoted in recognition of her consistent contributions to Data Protection and Cyber Incident Response engagements.She has extensive experience managing end-to-end Data Subject Access Request (DSAR) processes, including document review, data identification, redaction, and response preparation in line with GDPR requirements. Her expertise includes supporting privacy compliance reviews, conducting privacy awareness initiatives, and applying privacy governance principles across client engagements.
In Cyber Incident Response, Pratiksha has supported breach assessment and notification activities, preparing and validating notification lists under GDPR, HIPAA, FERPA, and PIPEDA requirements. She has conducted First Level Reviews (FLR) and quality checks to help ensure regulatory compliance and accurate client deliverables.
Her legal operations and eDiscovery experience includes contract and lease abstraction, corporate due diligence reviews, and identifying legal, regulatory, and compliance risks within contractual documentation. She has also played an active role in training and mentoring, delivering onboarding sessions and sharing best practices on privacy frameworks and operational processes.
Pratiksha is CIPP/E certified and holds multiple OneTrust certifications covering privacy automation, data mapping, consent management, AI governance, third-party risk management, and compliance workflows. She is proficient in Relativity, OneTrust, CSC Global, Canopy, Legora, and Kofax, and is recognized for her strong stakeholder management, collaboration, and commitment to data protection excellence.
