Rebecca began her career in law at DWF as a commercial paralegal while completing her LPC and Master’s of Law.
She has managed a team of paralegals in the high-volume delivery side of legal services, leading projects in various practice areas such as commercial, banking and employment. In her management role, she discovered ways to enhance productivity and efficiency through client and matter management portals, process maps, playbooks and document automation templates. These experiences led her to the legal operations space, where she brings a user perspective to the team.
Rebecca's expertise spans legal operations consulting for various practice areas, including commercial, regulatory, and real estate.
She holds an LLB in Law (graduated 2017) and a Master of Law with LPC (graduated 2020). Rebecca is passionate about seeing clients' journeys from initial workshops to discover pain points, through planning for future changes, to the final implementation of improvement suggestions that impact their day-to-day operations.
In her free time, Rebecca enjoys cooking, dining out and balancing her love for food with strength training and Pilates.
