With over 20 years' insurance industry experience specialising in technical, complex and major loss Property and Motor claims, Regulatory complaints and audits, Reza has a proven track record of delivering a high-class service in a variety of insurance fields.
The previous roles fulfilled by Reza have enabled him to build a deep understanding of claims practices and processes as well as Legal & Regulatory requirements within the insurance industry. Reza has worked on large-scale complex claims, complaints and projects for some of the insurance industry's leading insurers including London Market, Company and Syndicate as well as a senior adjudicator at the FOS predominantly handling Lloyd's and London Market complaints.
Reza is highly committed to the insurance industry and believes in comprehensive training and development of staff to ensure enhanced service levels are achieved. Reza has a Diploma in Law and is currently working towards the completion of his Dip CII.
Reza joined DWF Audit as a Senior Auditor in November 2022.
