The transaction concerned the sale of the onshore wind farm located in the West Pomeranian Voivodeship in Poland, comprising 12 wind turbines with a total installed capacity of 30 MW.
DWF provided comprehensive legal support throughout all stages of the transaction, including the preparation and negotiation of transaction documentation, as well as assistance during the closing phase.
The project was handled by a multidisciplinary DWF team in Poland, supervised by Dr Karol Lasocki, Partner and Head of the Renewable Energy Department. The transaction was led by Mateusz Bąk, Senior Associate with the support of Prof. ucz. dr hab. Rafał Woźniak, Partner from the Corporate and M&A Department. The team also included Agnieszka Chylińska, Counsel, Associates Emilia Roszkowska and Michał Pituła, as well as Aleksander Bloch, Legal Intern.
