Shane advises on all real estate, land right and consenting aspects of energy, waste and infrastructure projects and transactions. He joins from Osborne Clarke.
Shane will lead the real estate aspects of the UK's energy team group, working closely with other international energy specialists within the global Energy Sector, including Partner Darren Walsh.
Shane is the fourth senior hire made by DWF's Real Estate team since the start of May. Partner Andrew Batterton (Planning) and Director Naithan McBride (Construction) joined in Leeds, while investment Partner Pierre-Nicolas Sanzey was recently appointed in Paris.
