Richard has considerable experience in banking and finance and advises banks, funds and companies on the negotiation of credit facilities and the implementation of security packages in France and globally. He also advises his clients on debt restructurings in the context of pre-insolvency and insolvency proceedings.
He joins the Paris office of DWF following his most recent role at Ravet & Associés and prior to that at HFW Paris and Hogan Lovells (Paris) where he was in charge of the banking-finance department for more than 20 years.
At DWF, Richard and his associate Valérie Claver, will be part of the global Finance and Restructuring practice area. He will work closely with Paul César and together they will develop the banking department of the Paris office.
