Experience
Grzegorz has provided advice in disputes for entities from the construction industry and the banking sector. Thus, he has experience in disputes relating to claims that were supposed to be covered by a bank guarantee and to agency agreements concluded as part of banking outsourcing. He has also provided advice in disputes concerning bank’s liability for unauthorised payment transactions. Recently, he has focused on loan contracts concluded by consumers with banks in foreign currency like CHF and EUR. Grzegorz has also represented one of the European Union bodies in a labour dispute before national courts and the General Court of the European Union.
