Laura provides company secretarial advice to clients in respect of their day to day compliance requirements, as well as transactional support to the Corporate teams based in our UK offices.
Laura’s experience includes a variety of work, such as; company incorporations, statutory register updates, corporate health checks, company restorations and constitutional document reviews and updates.
Laura has over 15 years’ experience working in a professional services environment and holds a degree in Business Studies and Human Resource Management from Manchester Metropolitan University.
