Varun is a Director in the sales team, focused in the Legal Tech Operations, Litigation Support and Contracts Managed Services areas. He works directly with legal and compliances executives looking to optimise their department’s workflow.
Based in London, Varun has been working in the Alternative Legal Services Provider (ALSP) industry for more than 17 years helping legal departments and law firms improve and enhance their efficiency, outcomes and operations. He particularly enjoys being presented with a unique dilemma and working with key stakeholders to develop a bespoke solution, designed specifically for their organisation.
Prior to DWF, Varun was a Managing Director with Morae Global and Elevate Legal responsible for building and scaling their global flexible legal service offering across law firms and corporate legal departments. He also led the Legal Operations consulting function for Consilio in the UK, modernising clients' legal department operations implementing legal technology and consulting solutions by leveraging people, process and technology in innovative ways.
When he is not collaborating with clients across the legal industry, Varun enjoys a regular non-challenging 10k run and travels with his family.
