Assura plc is a leading investor and developer of outstanding spaces for health services. The purchase of Apollo, which has a track record of developing primary care properties across the UK, will expand the Assura development team to 11 specialist surveyors, and also substantially increases its development pipeline.
DWF's Corporate team, led by partner Alasdair Outhwaite and senior associate Francesca Kinsella, alongside real estate partner, Paul Inman, acted for Assura plc on the purchase.
