Starting in 2024, an initial group of six trainees will commence a unique training programme which includes mentoring from lawyers in the Belfast offices of both DWF and BT Group. This programme provides candidates with an exciting range of insights, experience and skills across law firm and industry environments. One trainee will also complete a six-month secondment with the telecommunications entity.
Trainees will benefit from BARBRI’s engaging and flexible online SQE learning experience and one-to-one tutor support and coaching whilst based in Belfast.
Historically, law graduates in Northern Ireland have had to relocate in order to pursue a career in English law. However this scheme provides an accessible and exciting opportunity for those based in Northern Ireland, supporting diversity, inclusion and social mobility.
